The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new software, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to manage multiple requests while keeping projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales, customer service, operations, estimating, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Excel-like tools.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams to gather data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotes and proposals across a variety of service offerings.
