Job summary

Guardian Data LLC in Hackensack, NJ is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to back our fast-paced sales team. You will prepare quotes, coordinate information across Sales, Operations, and other teams, and help ensure timely, accurate responses to customers.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new software, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to manage multiple requests while keeping projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales, customer service, operations, estimating, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Excel-like tools.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams to gather data.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll play an important role in supporting our sales process by preparing quotes, coordinating information, and helping ensure customers receive timely, accurate responses.
