As a Guardian of product data, you’ll support a culture that values ownership, profit sharing, and customer service excellence across multiple departments and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience driving administrative speed while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to print start packets and update quotes with minimal errors.
• Familiarity with quotes, change orders, and service repairs in a project environment.

Responsibilities

• Operational pace-setting: set tempo for administrative workflow and order-entry pipeline.
• Tactical communication: lead daily huddles and share project updates.
• System mastery: operate POS systems, software, and spreadsheets; create jobs and lock pricing.
• Logistics logic: build project packets; ensure floor plans and layouts are printed and prepared.
• Coordination science: schedule material deliveries/returns to maximize customer service and protect margins.
