Guardian Data is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to keep the sales team moving. You will prepare customer quotes, coordinate information across teams, and ensure timely, accurate responses.

You will work with Sales, Operations and other internal teams to gather data, maintain pricing materials, and help deliver a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Sales Support Specialist who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and supporting a fast-paced sales team.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll play an important role in supporting our sales process by preparing quotes, coordinating information, and helping ensure customers receive timely, accurate responses.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare customer quotes and proposals across a variety of service offerings.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to gather information and ensure quotes are complete and accurate.
• Help manage multiple requests while keeping projects organized and on schedule.
• Maintain pricing information, templates, and documentation.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes and help create a seamless customer experience.

Experience in logistics, technology, manufacturing, distribution, construction, or professional services is helpful but not required.
