Job summary

Openwork seeks a Sales Support Specialist in Columbus, WI, to act as the Oracle ERP expert for order management, product data, and account logistics. You will resolve order- and pricing-related issues, and work with operations, supply chain, and product teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales, sales support, or customer service.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP, CRMs, and MS Excel.
• Exceptional phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills across diverse customer groups.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert in the Oracle ERP system (order management, product data, account logistics).
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding orders, pricing, invoices, and shipments.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and product teams to remove delays and meet delivery timelines.
• Process customer credits, debits, and return adjustments.

SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST

• Serving as an expert in Oracle ERP system, including order management, product data, and account logistics.
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints regarding order processing, pricing, invoices, and shipments.
• Collaboratingwith operations, supply chain, and product teams to eliminate delays, expedite lead items, and satisfy delivery timelines.
• Processing customer credits, debits, return adjustments, etc.
• Delivering product model information, pricing, availability, and shipment terms to assigned accounts.
• Answering customer inquiries promptly via phone and email, and managing cases within CRM.

What you’ll need:

• 4+ years of experience in sales, sales support, or customer service
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite specifically MS Excel.
• Exceptional phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills across diverse customer groups.

Additional Information:

• Salary: $60K-$80K;dependent on experience
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; standard hours
• Work Location:Columbus, WI. Some potential for hybrid
