Job summary

Prinsco, Inc. in Phoenix seeks a Sales Support Specialist to back our growing sales team. You will prepare quotes, assist with project management, maintain pricing information, and help deliver exceptional service to customers.

You will collaborate with regional sales managers, engineers, operations teams, and customer service reps, track opportunities, and support forecasting and reporting to management while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the district sales team with project management, quoting, and customer service activities.
• Prepare customer quotations and cost estimates.
• Assist with pricing analysis and margin reviews.
• Track and maintain sales opportunities and quotation pipelines.
• Provide forecasting information and reporting to management.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and prospects as needed.
• Collaborate with regional sales managers, engineers, operations teams, and customer service representatives.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

• Support the district sales team with project management, quoting, and customer service activities
• Prepare customer quotations and cost estimates
• Assist with pricing analysis and margin reviews
• Track and maintain sales opportunities and quotation pipelines
• Update project win and loss information and other sales performance metrics
• Prepare bid documents and submittals for city, county, and commercial projects
• Maintain pricing sheets and sales support documentation
• Provide forecasting information and reporting to management
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and prospects as needed
• Support customer service and sales operations during periods of high demand
• Collaborate with regional sales managers, engineers, operations teams, and customer service representatives
• Participate in cross training and continuous improvement initiatives
• Complete other duties as assigned
