Job summary

Prinsco is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our Phoenix team. You will prepare quotes, assist with project management, maintain pricing information, and support the sales group to deliver exceptional service to customers.

This role involves data analysis, collaboration with sales professionals, and managing multiple priorities to drive profitable growth while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the district sales team with project management, quoting, and customer service activities.
• Prepare customer quotations and cost estimates.
• Assist with pricing analysis and margin reviews.
• Track and maintain sales opportunities and quotation pipelines.
• Update project win and loss information and other sales performance metrics.
• Prepare bid documents and submittals for city, county, and commercial projects.
• Maintain pricing sheets and sales support documentation.
• Provide forecasting information and reporting to management.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and prospects as needed.
• Support customer service and sales operations during periods of high demand.
• Collaborate with regional sales managers, engineers, operations teams, and customer service representatives.
• Participate in cross training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Sales support, customer service, inside sales, estimating, quoting, or project coordination experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to analyze data and make sound business recommendations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP/CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills
