Job Overview

This role focuses on assisting the sales team with administrative and operational tasks to drive sales success, supporting our dealers and sales representatives. Responsibilities include managing leads, onboarding new accounts, processing orders, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time, onsite role at our headquarters in Oklahoma City, OK, with occasional travel to trade shows and industry or company events.

Duties

  • Maintain communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.
  • Follow standards and recommend policies to improve quality results.
  • Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.
  • Research and identify potential accounts, solicit new accounts, build rapport, provide technical explanations, and prepare quotations.
  • Answer inquiries via telephone, fax, and email; verify and enter information to close new accounts.
  • Transfer orders to fulfillment, communicate delivery dates, and process backorders or returns.
  • Check customer buying history, suggest related and new items, and explain technical features to develop accounts.
  • Stay updated on new products and participate in educational opportunities.

Experience

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in sales support or related customer service roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ownership of requests and goals, with a focus on adding value.
