Job summary

GSI is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to back the field sales team and Chief Commercial Officer. The role focuses on order flow, CRM accuracy, and cross-functional problem solving, with a fully remote arrangement for US-based candidates.

Responsibilities include managing access and data in CRM, processing orders, coordinating with production and finance, and building reports and presentations for the sales team. Must reside in US Eastern time zone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, sales, or a related field
• Track record supporting sales teams and management in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication — able to make complex information clear
• Excellent organization and prioritization across competing deadlines
• Proactive problem solver who takes initiative without being asked
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems

• Build reports, presentations, and documentation for the sales team
• Support the management team on administrative work and special projects
