Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to back our sales floor and client partnerships. This hybrid role collaborates with Account Executives, supports back-office processes, and coordinates client and candidate activities to keep operations running smoothly.

You will generate reports, manage communications with clients and candidates, and help troubleshoot system issues with payroll, benefits, and timesheets. A strong organizational mindset and sense of urgency are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner daily with Account Executives to support day-to-day operations
• Troubleshoot candidate-related issues within internal systems (payroll, benefits, timesheets, etc.)
• Maintain working knowledge of back-office systems to assist with general sales floor questions
• Generate and distribute reports as needed
• Serve as a collaborative team member, ensuring smooth workflow across departments
• Partner with school districts nationwide to support open job placements
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Prepare and send contracts and related documentation
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients and candidates
• Support general administrative and office operations
• Coordinate building access and parking for new hires
• Assist with incoming/outgoing mail and package delivery
• Order and restock office supplies across departments

This is a full time position and the schedule will be Hybrid.

The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our sales floor and client partnerships. This individual will collaborate closely with Account Executives, provide back-office support, assist with client and candidate needs, and help maintain seamless office operations. This is a highly visible, service-oriented role that requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.

Key Responsibilities

Colleague & Sales Floor Support

• Partner daily with Account Executives to support day-to-day operations
