Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company (GTL) is seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team in Glenview, IL. The role involves handling inbound inquiries and supporting agents with onboarding, quoting, and servicing insurance products.

Qualifications

This position is required to work on-site in our Chicagoland (Glenview, IL) office most days. Everyone receives 3 flexible remote days per month. And, we offer half-day Fridays – every Friday!

You’ll be part of a dynamic team that supports our agents by responding to inbound telephone, email, and chat inquiries, while gaining valuable exposure to sales processes, product knowledge, and relationship management. This position serves as an intermediary between agents and the insurance company—helping with onboarding, quoting, and servicing insurance products. Along the way, you’ll develop the skills and insights that prepare you to transition into a client-facing sales role.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing exceptional service and support (via phone, chat, and email)

• Previous sales experience

• Coordinating cross-functional work with other departments (i.e. Marketing, Commissions, or New Business departments)

Compensationwill depend on several factors such as specific competencies, relevant education and experience, qualifications, and industry certifications.Compensation ranges are subject to change and may be higher or lower than the range described above.
