And, we offer half-day Fridays - every Friday!The Customer Service Representative handles incoming calls from policyholders, insurance agents and providers. They provide information regarding claim benefits, policy status, policy benefits, billing and premium information in the most efficient way possible. This person provides this information by the use of various internal systems. The Customer Service Representative is also responsible for identifying and managing at-risk policies by proactively engaging policyholders, resolving concerns, and supporting policy retention initiatives.
