Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company (GTL) is hiring a Sales Support Representative to join our team in the Chicagoland area. This on-site role in Glenview, IL includes three flexible remote days per month and half-day Fridays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service, insurance, agency or brokerage
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• College degree preferred and/or equivalent experience
• Has an interest in pursuing a career in sales, business development, or account management

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and support (via phone, chat, and email)
• Onboard new agents by processing contracting paperwork
• Provide ongoing day-to-day assistance to agents using various systems, products and procedures
• Meet daily performance standards
• May be required to perform other related duties as assigned
