Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service, insurance, agency or brokerage.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• College degree preferred and/or equivalent experience.
• Has an interest in pursuing a career in sales, business development, or account management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Help onboard new agents by processing contracting paperwork.
• Provide ongoing day-to-day assistance to agents using various systems, products and procedures.
• Meet daily performance standards.
• Coordinating cross-functional work with other departments (i.e. Marketing, Commissions, or New Business).
