Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• College degree preferred and/or equivalent experience.
• Interest in pursuing a career in sales, business development, or account management.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and support via phone, chat, and email.
• Onboard new agents by processing contracting paperwork.
• Provide day-to-day assistance to agents using various systems, products and procedures.
• Meet daily performance standards.
• May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.
