Zusammenfassung

Denali Advanced Integration, Inc. in Washington DC area is seeking a qualified professional to support and manage customer quotes. You will validate part numbers, create and send quotes, and process customer POs while researching pricing, specifications, and compatibility with manufacturers.

Collaborate with Solution Architects and Sales/Operations, participate in status meetings, and ensure quotes meet SLAs. Prior experience in sales/procurement and Salesforce CRM is a strong plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 to 7 years of administrative support or order processing experience.
• Minimum of 3 to 7 years of sales or procurement-related experience.
• Certifications not required; Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Validates current part number accuracy.
• Validates quoting requirements and creates quotes for customers.
• Receives and validates customer PO accuracy.
• Researches pricing, specifications, and compatibility from vendor resources.
• Collaborates with Solution Architects as needed.
• Attends weekly department and customer status meetings.
• Manages quotes within SLA and coordinates pricing with manufacturers.
• Input deals and registrations for customer opportunities.
• Communicates with Denali sales and operations teams.
• Supports account managers when needed.
• Contributes to tender/bid/RFP/RFQ processes.
