Job summary

Denali Advanced Integration in Redmond, WA is seeking a Quote Specialist to support and manage customer quotes. You will validate part numbers, create quotes, and send them to customers, while reviewing POs for accuracy and coordinating with Account Managers.

You will research pricing and specifications with manufacturers and distributors, ensuring SLA adherence and timely responses. This role requires strong communication and detail orientation in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–7 years of admin, sales, or procurement experience.
• Salesforce CRM experience a plus.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Validate part numbers and quoting requirements.
• Create quotes and send to customers.
• Process customer POs and verify accuracy.
• Research pricing and specs with vendors/distributors; coordinate with Solution Architects as needed.
• Participate in weekly department and customer status meetings.
• Work within defined SLAs and with manufacturers on pricing/availability.
• Coordinate input of deals and incentives for opportunities.
