Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of administrative support or order processing experience.
• 1–3 years of sales or procurement-related experience.
• Salesforce CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Validate all requirements and create a quote.
• Determine margin profile related to customer and OEM.
• Receive PO from customer and validate accuracy.
• Validate if the current part number is accurate.
• Participate in weekly department and customer status meetings.
• Work within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Conduct effective communication with Denali sales and operations personnel.
• Provide quality service to Denali’s internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding Denali Values at all times.
• Work on multiple complex high-priority projects and provide timely support to deliver within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Work cross-functionally with Services Operations on non-standard quote requirements.
