3MD Inc. is seeking a part-time Clerical role in Redmond, WA to support and manage customer quotes. The position offers hourly pay with comprehensive benefits and requires strong administrative and procurement experience.

Responsibilities include validating requirements, processing POs, ensuring accurate part numbers, and coordinating with sales and operations to meet SLA targets. The role emphasizes customer focus, effective communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administrative support or order processing experience
• 1-3 years of sales or procurement-related experience
• Licensing/certifications are not required; Salesforce CRM is a plus

Responsibilities

• Validate all requirements and create a quote
• Determine margin profile for customer and OEM on behalf of Denali
• Receive PO from customer and validate accuracy
• Validate if the current part number is accurate
• Participate in weekly department and customer status meetings
• Work within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Communicate with Denali sales and operations personnel
• Provide quality service to internal and external customers in all tasks
• Work on multiple high-priority projects and deliver within scope, budget, and timelines
• Cross-functionally with Services Operations on non-standard quote requirements
• Demonstrate a positive attitude to assist sales to win opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned
