Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Support or equivalent role.
• Experience in preparing complex quotations with multiple items.
• Experience handling customer service via phone and email.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and revisions accurately within SLA to support sales.
• Process urgent quotes within required timeframes and within 24 hours of info receipt.
• Prepare orders and revisions within SLA, ensuring accuracy.
• Answer customer inquiries when needed and log all contact in CRM.
• Support the sales team and assist on wider projects as directed.
