Job Title: Sales Support Associate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and provide quotes to customer inquiries, create sales orders upon receipt of customer purchase orders
• Document and save appropriately all costing used in preparation of quotes
• Provide and prepare submittals for customer review and approval
• Assist and coordinate with customers on product information, warranties, delivery dates and return of products
• Coordinate with Logistics and Production on delivery of product to customers
• Answer customer questions regarding, product, prices, availability, credit terms
• Consult with customers after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
• Provide administrative support to Director of Executive Sales and Executive Sales Associates

Applicants must be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal departments via email or verbal discussion and must have a basic knowledge of computer, fax, and telephone system operations. Other qualifications include: the ability to multitask, calculate figures and interpret various valuations such as percentage discounts and customer payment terms, ability to compose and create routine reports and correspondences for both internal and external communication purposes, and must be a team player.
