Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a highly organized Sales Support Specialist to assist the sales team with plans, proposals, and coordinating customer visits and events.

You will work closely with Account Managers to respond to bid requests and keep detailed records to support the sales cycle. In this role, you will liaise between internal departments and customers, stay informed about the company’s products and services, and help manage inventory-related documentation and incoming packages,

• Working knowledge of inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team with creation and execution of sales plans, proposals, and coordinating customer visits, presentations, and events.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to respond to bid proposals and manage sales activities.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Act as a liaison between internal departments and customers to facilitate smooth communication.
• Stay current on AVI Systems' business practices, products, and services to support sales efforts.
• Coordinate material requests for all departments and document inventory.
• Report incoming packages to appropriate department/end-user.
