• Experience assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Ability to prepare material estimates and quotes for small packages.
• Familiarity with ordering, delivery scheduling and basic ERP use.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers via walk-in, phone, or email.
• Sell products/services and provide quotes.
• Enter orders into system and schedule delivery.
• Plan and pace work to meet daily productivity goals.
• Coordinate and conduct customer workshops.
• Handle simple complaints; route complex issues to senior staff.
• Assist with store housekeeping, signage, stocking, inventory control.
• Observe safety procedures; attend safety meetings.
