Staff Perm is seeking a Sales Support Specialist (Quoting & Order Management) to assist the Vendor Direct program in Richardson, TX. You will quote, price, and process orders, coordinating with vendors and sales teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely fulfillment.

The role emphasizes data integrity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. SAP and MS Office proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, sales support, order management, quoting, invoicing, or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business, supply chain, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and product information quickly.
