Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service and management, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls.
• Make outbound calls to generate leads and support sales initiatives.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for customers and maintain relationships.
• Enter, process, and track orders in the Production Calendar.
• Proactively update customers on order status and timelines.
• Place apparel orders with vendors and confirm pricing and delivery timelines.
• Track vendor orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate order details to production and relay updates to customers.
• Coordinate priorities with the Sales Manager or Owner.
• Resolve customer questions, concerns and discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records using a CRM tool.
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Support other administrative, sales and customer service functions.
