Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft professional emails and client-facing documents.
High attention to detail and accuracy when entering and maintaining customer data.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, to support day-to-day workflow needs.

Responsibilities

Deliver personable and responsive customer service as a trusted contact for client questions, concerns, and order needs.
Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to navigate orders, resolve issues, and move customer priorities forward.
Review, update, and maintain quotes upon request, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain accurate sales and order information in internal systems, including order processing, purchasing activity, vendor updates, and backlog management.
Stay organized with customer follow-ups, forecast reports, and order updates to help manage purchase orders.
