Master Electronics in Germantown, WI is hiring for a customer service and sales-support role. You will enter and update purchase orders, track forecasts, communicate with customers, and coordinate with sales and suppliers to resolve order issues.

This hands-on position requires organization, clear communication, and a proactive approach to keeping orders moving. The role offers a hybrid schedule (Tue-Thu onsite; Mon & Friday remote) with pay range $21.00-$23.00 per hour.

Pay Range:$21.00 - $23.00/ hourly

Location: Germantown, WI

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hybrid

Tuesday-Thursday onsite | Monday & Friday remote

What you will do?

What you bring to the table!

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create professional emails and customer-facing documents
• Ability to remain organized and responsive in time-sensitive situations or when priorities shift
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, roles, and leadership levels
• Effective time management and prioritization skills, with consistent follow-through on commitments
• Two to five years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role
