Master Electronics in Germantown, WI is seeking a detail-oriented customer service professional to support order processing from start to finish. You will enter purchase orders, manage customer information, track forecasts and backlogs, and communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.

Hybrid schedule offers both onsite and remote work options. Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and teamwork are essential as you coordinate with Sales and suppliers to keep

• Two to five years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create professional emails and customer-facing documents.
• Ability to remain organized and responsive in time-sensitive situations or when priorities shift.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, roles, and leadership levels.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills, with consistent follow-through on commitments.

We are looking for someone who brings that same level of care, communication, and attention to detail to help ensure every order is handled smoothly.

Pay Range:$21.00 - $23.00/ hourly

Location: Germantown, WI

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hybrid

Tuesday–Thursday onsite | Monday & Friday remote

What you will do?
