Qualifications

• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personable and responsive customer service as the trusted contact for questions, concerns, and order needs.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to navigate orders and resolve issues.
• Review, update, and maintain quotes to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
• Maintain sales and order information in internal systems, including processing and vendor updates.
• Stay organized with follow-ups, forecast reports, and order updates to manage purchase orders.
