Job summary

Omiz Staffing Solutions (OSS) is seeking a Sales Support Executive in Tampa, FL to back the sales team and manage the full order cycle. You will monitor turnaround times for requests and orders, support the online shop and e-commerce operations, and assist with stock reconciliation and inventory accuracy.

You will also track order accuracy, coordinate with ecommerce, warehouse, and sales teams, handle exceptions, and maintain accurate sales data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or equivalent required.
• Spanish speaker preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize multiple sales requests, orders, and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to support Sales Representatives, RSMs, customers, and internal departments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing, inventory reconciliation, documentation, and shipment coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and order/e-commerce systems; ability to learn new platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team, Regional Sales Managers, and Sales Representatives.
• Manage the complete order cycle from entry to delivery.
• Monitor turnaround time for sales requests and customer orders.
• Support the online shop and e-commerce operations.
• Assist with stock reconciliation and inventory accuracy.
• Track order accuracy and operational performance.
• Coordinate with e-commerce, warehouse, and sales teams.
• Handle sales order exceptions and special requests.
• Maintain accurate sales and order information.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational sales support.
• Communicate with Distributors.
• Travel within states for major exhibitions and events.
• Assist with office management (ordering supplies, office and admin support, etc.).
