Job summary

Delta360 is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the outside sales team, operations, and customers with prompt service, accurate order entry, and on-time delivery of products. The role requires coordinating orders, addressing issues, and maintaining clear communication across teams.

The successful candidate will learn and operate Microsoft Dynamics CRM, follow up on quotations, and ensure adherence to company policies while working a night shift.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Basic email and PC skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn product information and position benefits.
• Knowledge of purchasing, pricing, terms, shipments and taxes.
• Ability to work night shift 6:00pm–3:00am.
• Oil & Gas industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer requests for sales opportunities
• Manage customer orders and quotation files with 100% accuracy
• Coordinate and expedite customer orders, and ensure customer requirements are understood and customers are kept informed of relevant issues
• Maintain a proactive approach to customer complaints, requests to expedite, and any other customer issues
• Work closely with sales team and dispatch team to facilitate flow of information regarding quotes, quality issues, deliveries, prospective accounts, competitors and customer feedback
• Provide feedback reports to the Main Office and Supervisor regarding customer contacts
• Learn/Operate CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) with comfort and clarity
• Follow-up on customer quotations
• Operate in accordance with company policy and procedures
