Responsibilities

• Monitor & support sales via all forms of inbound communication.
• Provide operations support and communicate expected ship dates.
• Maintain sales records and supply information for finance.
• Assist in resolving credit issues and invoice discrepancies.
• Cross-train and adapt to different workstations as needed.
