Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking a Sales Assistant in Miami to support the sales function by partnering with branch, sales and marketing leadership and Account Executives. The role oversees internal processes for account management and campaign activation.

The position requires at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2+ years supporting a sales function, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting a sales function preferred; minimum two years required.
• Competencies include achievement orientation, adaptability, attention to detail, collaboration, communication, and planning/organizing.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with CRM, Salesforce administration, account setup, hold management, and report prep.
• Assist in proposal creation, RFP generation, editing, and output using Proposal+ and internal systems.
• Assist marketing and sales with research and reporting for client prospecting and cold calling.
• Prepare campaign documents including contracts, posting instructions, and billing forms.
• Review and resolve billing and accounts payable issues with finance.
• Generate and distribute sales, renewal, and ad hoc reports.
• Assist sales team with internal requests from other departments and admin tasks.
• Field inbound sales calls and provide callbacks to leadership.
• Coordinate with branch and corporate departments (Real Estate, Marketing, HR, Tech, Ops, Ad Ops, Finance).
• Support leadership with contests, communications, and presentations.
• Manage general office administration tasks.
