Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking a Sales Assistant Supervisor in Saint Petersburg, FL. You will oversee the Sales Support Staff for the Inside Sales Team and manage internal processes for account management and campaign activation.

The role supports sales leadership with communications, reporting and administrative tasks, with responsibilities including hiring and onboarding new assistants and ensuring timely billboard activations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
• 2-3 years' experience supporting sales preferred.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications and able to learn systems like Clear Access and Salesforce.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines for the team.

Responsibilities

• Distributes and assigns customer accounts as contracts are requested.
• Provides reporting to VP, Inside Sales daily and weekly, on group activity and efficiency.
• Distributes and assigns pricing requests to the Sales Assistants.
• Tracks on time return of pricing to sales reps and looks for efficiencies in providing faster delivery and turn time.
• Reviews daily holds and status reports to ensure all customers are on track for billboard activation.
• Meets with Sales Assistants weekly to review pipeline.
• Works with Ad Ops nationwide to facilitate ISG customers getting up on billboards timely.
• Assists Sales Assistants as a back-up when needed.
• Involved in hiring, training and onboarding of all new Sales Assistants.
• Oversees reconciliation of billing and accounts payable with finance team.
• Supports leadership with communications, expense reports and general office administration.
• Other duties as assigned.
