Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
• Minimum two years supporting a sales function or related work experience.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with CRM and Salesforce administration.
• Assist in proposal creation, RFP generation, editing, and outputs.
• Prepare campaign documents including contracts and posting instructions.
• Review billing and accounts payable issues with Finance.
• Generate and distribute sales, renewal, and ad hoc reports.
• Coordinate with other departments (Real Estate, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Operations).
