Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
• 2+ years supporting a sales function; 2-3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with CRM administration and report preparation.
• Assist in proposal creation, RFP generation, editing and output via Proposal+ and internal systems.
• Assist marketing and sales leadership with research and reporting for client prospecting and cold calling.
• Prepare campaign documents including contracts, posting instructions, and coversheets.
• Review and resolve billing and accounts payable issues with finance.
• Generate and distribute sales and renewal reports.
• Assist with internal requests, expense reports and admin tasks.
• Field inbound sales calls and provide callbacks to sales leadership.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Marketing, HR, Tech, Operations, Ad Ops and Finance.
• Support leadership with contests, communications and presentation materials.
• Manage general office administration.
