Job summary

Core-Mark International is seeking a Sales Support Manager to oversee the merchandising team and collaborate with the Sales Account Manager. The role focuses on leading the SSA and merchandising team, delivering weekly and sales reports including SmartStock and Power BI recaps, and managing expenses and OT.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of customer service, sales support or related experience.
• Team lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Modify and distribute internal and external reports for sales team, vendors, and customers.
• Oversee and assist the SSA with management and tracking of customer rebates and profitability reports.
• Provide daily/weekly SmartStock reports to help identify underperforming stores.
• Conduct monthly virtual meetings with the merchandising team.
• Provide weekly trend reports, GP profit, and other reports as needed by DSD.
• Provide program category management support and Quarterly Business Reviews.
