Job summary

Core-Mark International is seeking a Sales Service Rep to support strategic sales initiatives in your assigned region, collaborating with the Sales Team to implement the SmartStock program and merchandising.

You will build strong relationships with customers, ensure compliance with company policies, and handle merchandising and sales support. This role offers 40-hour weeks, Day 1 health benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 6+ months of customer-facing, merchandising or sales experience.
• Ability to drive to customer locations with mileage reimbursement.
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a detailed call routine with customers.
• Execute SmartStock program and merchandising activities.
• Identify and reduce out-of-stock on shelves.
• Ensure products are fresh and within date parameters.
• Address customer needs promptly.
• Ensure plan-o-gram and compliance in stores.
• Identify display opportunities and maximize positioning.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, priced and identified.
• Find solutions to customer challenges with assistance.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
