Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Sales Service Representative to support regional sales efforts and execute the SmartStock program across assigned stores. You will collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure compliance and provide merchandising and sales support, building strong customer relationships along the way.

Responsibilities include maintaining call routines, managing stock and displays, and resolving customer issues promptly while adhering to company policies and store guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years in customer service, merchandising or sales.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a detailed call routine with a ledger of customers.
• Maintain and execute SmartStock program (racks, plan-o-grams, ordering, merchandising).
• Identify and reduce out-of-stocks on shelves.
• Ensure products are fresh and within date code parameters.
• Address customer needs promptly and professionally.
• Ensure plan-o-gram compliance and effective store merchandising.
• Identify display opportunities and maximize placement.
• Ensure products are displayed, priced, and labeled correctly.
• Find solutions to customer challenges with assistance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
