Job summary

Core-Mark is hiring a Sales Support Manager to oversee the merchandising team and maintain a strategic relationship with the Sales Account Manager. You will lead the team, provide guidance, and manage weekly and sales reporting related to Smart Stock and Power BI recaps.

This role also controls expenses and OT for the SSA and merchandising team. You will collaborate with the Sales Account Manager, conduct monthly virtual meetings, deliver weekly trend reports, and support program category

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of customer service or sales support experience.
• Team lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Modifying and distributing internal and external reports for sales team, vendors, and customers.
• Overseeing SSA with the management of customer rebates and profitability reports.
• Provide weekly trend reports, GP profit, and other reports as requested by management.
• Assist with presentations, reports, and communication for the merchandising team.
