Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years in sales support / market analysis, preferably in tech or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide actionable market and customer insights to address key strategic questions.
• Analyze external and internal customer data using database queries, spreadsheets, and statistical tools.
• Collect information around competitive positioning of Lumentum’s offering and support account plans.
• Support Account and Sales managers with customer inquiries and follow-up activities.
• Create PowerPoint presentations to provide market and customer insights.
• Perform market research and SWOT analyses and interpret data for reports and recommendations.
• Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry sources and announcements.
• Examine potential risks for business opportunities.
