Job summary

Lumen is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to support the Lumen Connect digital platform and Ask Lumen AI initiatives. You will define success metrics, build measurement frameworks, and deliver actionable insights to drive product decisions, customer experience improvements, adoption, and efficiency.

The role requires strong SQL, Power BI/Adobe Analytics experience, and the ability to build automated, self-service analytics for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, CS, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business/ digital analytics or BI.
• Advanced SQL with large datasets.
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI or Adobe Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate questions into measurable metrics.
• Clear communication to technical and executive audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain KPIs for Lumen Connect and Ask Lumen.
• Develop measurement frameworks aligned with product objectives.
• Design executive scorecards and operational reporting for platform performance.
• Create dashboards and analytics solutions for product, operations, and support.
• Measure AI adoption, engagement, and customer journeys.
• Build self-service reporting capabilities for business users.
• Automate reporting processes and reduce manual data prep.
