Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum 4 years combined clerical support, supervisory experience and/or experience supporting a financial services sales team.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain Deposit accounts and products.
• Monitor Missing Document Cases and CIP.
• Conduct monthly Quality Review of the team.
• Handle post loan closing needs and servicing.
• Perform fraud monitoring per Huntington Bank standards.
• Coach and direct team to ensure high service levels.
• Prepare and monitor reports compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Plan staff as needed and coordinate with other areas.
