Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Section Manager 1 - Sales Support to supervise a team delivering exceptional customer service and support for sales functions, and managing day-to-day client interactions and relationship documentation.

You will oversee deposit account openings, CIP compliance, quality reviews, and post-close servicing, with travel within the area and ongoing coaching of staff. Exempt role in an office setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 4 years combination of clerical support, supervisory experience and/or experience supporting a financial services sales team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and maintenance of deposit accounts and products.
• Monitor missing documents and CIP.
• Conduct monthly Quality Reviews of the team.
• Handle post-loan closing servicing.
• Perform fraud monitoring per Huntington standards.
• Travel regularly within the area to meet market teams in-person.
• Prepare and monitor reports to comply with corporate/regulatory requirements.
