Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in sales support management.
• 3+ years' experience in Business Banking.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate regional Sales & Service Support team to ensure exceptional service and support for sales functions.
• Represent region to ensure consistency across regions/field/area/market.
• Provide overflow backup support and escalation handling for Regional Banking staff.
• Oversee staffing/training and onboarding of new Service Specialists and Client Managers.
• Lead portfolio transfers, branch assignments and regional communications with stakeholders.
• Drive cross-sell opportunities and coordinate regional sales initiatives.
• Act as liaison for corporate changes and regional teams; support product development and procedures.
• Collaborate with regional banking partners on operational improvements and initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
