Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate regional Sales and Service Support teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support sales activities.
• Represent the region to ensure consistency across regions and markets.
• Provide overflow, backup, onboarding, and SME support for processes, training, and technology changes.
• Drive cross-sell opportunities and coordinate regional execution with partners and branches.
• Communicate corporate changes to the team and develop regional procedures with Regional Banking partners.
