Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years combination of clerical support, supervisory experience and/or experience supporting a financial services sales team.
• Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain deposit accounts and products.
• Supervise and coach the team; conduct monthly quality reviews.
• Handle post loan closing needs and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor for missing documents and CIP; manage risk controls.
• Plan staffing, schedule activities, and travel regionally to meet market teams.
• Prepare and monitor reports; participate in leadership meetings.
