Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead all facets of the branch, including sales, service and operations. You will coach the team, drive production goals, grow consumer and business relationships, and refer opportunities to partners to deepen community ties.

The role emphasizes people leadership, operational excellence, and adherence to policies while maintaining strong customer service and financial performance at the branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; retail sales leadership experience.
• Background check including fingerprints per NMLS regulations.
• Experience leading branch sales, service and operations and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of high value consumer and business customers and refer to bank partners.
• Lead team to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Leverage branch tools to identify and present sales and service opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, policies and technology.
• Develop community relationships and internal partnerships to grow business.
• Oversee recruitment and staffing to align with Huntington’s culture.
• Ensure branch operations comply with policies, procedures and risk controls.
