Job summary

The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Regional Banking Sales and Service Leader to supervise and align a regional Sales and Service Support team (Regional Banking Client Manager + Relationship Service Specialist) to deliver exceptional service and drive sales.

You will oversee staffing, onboarding, training, and process improvements, coordinate cross-regional initiatives, and partner with regional banking teams on product development and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
4+ years in sales support management.
3+ years in Business Banking.

Responsibilities

Supervise a regional Sales and Service Support team to ensure exceptional customer service and sales support.
Coordinate consistency across regions, field, and markets.
Provide overflow & backup support escalation.
Ensure staffing and training for proper sales support and servicing levels.
Onboard new Service Specialists and Client Managers; SME for process improvements and training.
Support transfers and reallocation of portfolios during banker changes.
Manage Regional MAX Branch Assignment and branch reconciliation.
Lead cross-sell initiatives and coordinate opportunities for the team.
Liaise between corporate changes and the team.
Assist in regional communications (Newsletters, Region Essentials Page).
Collaborate with Regional Banking partners on product development and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
