Flooring Services LTD is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to serve as a central point of contact for assigned builder accounts and to support the sales and operations teams. The role manages day-to-day order flow, selections, and installation requirements to ensure accurate processing and on-time completion according to builder schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor builder portals for purchase orders, revisions, schedule changes, and other account information.
• Review incoming purchase orders to verify accuracy, scope, selections, and materials requested.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer, job, PO, and order information in company systems.
• Transcribe selection sheets and create, review, and process installation work orders.
